Skirrly

Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Skirrly collects when you request a local SEO audit, how that information is used, and the choices you have about it.

Effective date: August 15, 2026  ·  skirrly.com

Skirrly provides a one-time, flat-fee local SEO audit for small businesses. We collect only what's needed to run your audit, deliver your report, and process payment — there is no ongoing subscription, retainer, or automated data collection from your website itself. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

01
Information We Collect

When you request an audit through our intake form, we collect the information you provide directly, which typically includes:

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit our site or view a hosted report, such as page views and general browser/device information, for basic site reliability and analytics purposes.

03
How Your Audit Report Is Prepared

As part of preparing your report, we may run automated, publicly available scans of your website and publicly visible information about a small number of comparable local businesses (for benchmarking purposes only). Any competitor or peer business referenced in your report is anonymized — we do not name or identify other businesses in the material you receive.

04
Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you check out, you're transacting directly with Stripe under their own privacy policy and terms. Skirrly never sees or stores your full card number, expiration date, or CVC.

05
Where Your Information Is Stored

Information submitted through our intake form is transmitted securely and stored in a private, access-controlled system used to manage orders and generate reports. Finished reports are hosted as individual, non-indexed pages and are not searchable or discoverable by the public — access is limited to the direct link provided to you.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (form processing, spreadsheet/database storage, and website hosting) strictly to operate Skirrly. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

06
Data Retention

We retain order and report information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, respond to support requests, and maintain business records (including basic accounting and tax obligations). If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll honor reasonable requests, except where we're required to retain records by law.

08
Cookies

Our site and hosted reports use minimal cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality (such as completing checkout through Stripe) and for lightweight analytics. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

09
Children's Privacy

Skirrly is a business-to-business service intended for business owners and operators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
